The patented Gator-Grip fits all of those annoyingly awkward – hexagonal nuts and bolts, eyebolts, wing nuts, square nuts, broken nuts, hooks and more. Use Gator-Grip around the home, on boats, caravans, cars, motorcycles and bikes. Gator-Grip is fast. Just press it on and turn. It works great with power tools. It’s the one tool that everyone can use. The Gator-Grip socket contains 54 spring-biased hardened alloy steel rods. When placed over a fastener, the rods in the centre retract, while the outer rods surround the fastener; locking the nut/bolt and allowing it to be turned. As the fastener is turned, the torque is transmitted through the outer rods to the walls of the socket. The 3/4″ diameter Gator-Grip delivers an astonishing 150 ft. lbs. of torque and fits bolt heads up to 3/4″ (eyebolts up to 2″).
