BackRack tool box Brackets allow you to install a cross-bed tool box (one that sits on the bed rails of your truckbed) if you already have a BackRack Headache Rack installed on your truck. Instead of fastening the tool box to the sheet metal of your truck with screws, you fasten the tool box to the tool box brackets with screws or whatever fastener is provided with the tool box. These brackets also increase the useable space in your truck bed by allowing you to fasten the toolbox closer to the BackRack frame. Fasteners to secure the Toolbox to the Toolbox Brackets are not included. The hole in the back end of the tool box brackets is not used, but is available should you wish to drill through your bed rail for extra strength.
