The package includes all the hardware kit you need to install a sliding barn door. Except for doors. The barn door hardware can be used both inside and outside. It is rust-proof, waterproof, and fireproof. The spacing between each hole is American standard 16”. Tracks 8 ft and under are one single track instead of being connected by multiple shorter tracks. Tracks 9 ft to 16 ft will be connected by two tracks. Tracks 18 ft and 20 ft will be connected by three tracks. Therefore, the spacing between the holes in the connecting section may not be 16”. Each complete track can hold door weights up to 220 lbs. For example, if you have two doors that are each 30” wide. You will need 2* (30”+30”) = 120” long track. Or if you have an opening that is 48” wide, you will need at least a 96” long track. The minimum clearance (from the top of the door to the ceiling) you need to install this barn door hardware is 6”.
