The Garadry garage door flood barrier seal has been designed to form a watertight seal between the bottom of the garage door and the floor. It can also be used as a flood diverter between doorways and across driveways. The flood barrier reduced the damaging effects of condensation (i.e. rusting) by keeping the garage dry and equipment and tools protected. Additionall, energy costs may be reduced as a result of heat convervation. It may also prevent rodents from entering the garage. The sealant provided is easy to apply in all weather conditions, is odourless and bonds within minutes of its application. The flood barrier seal is provided in sections when the length exceeds 3m. These can be easily butted together and glued with the sealant provided.
